Technology - Fake goods websites seized!

Worldwide officials have seized around 700 websites that are selling counterfeit goods online. The website were operating and selling the goods in both Europe and the US.
These seizes have just come in what is known to be the busiest shopping time of the year, the Christmas period.  This development in seizing the websites will benefit the actually manufactures as people e will have to buy the proper items if they want them at all.
It not just about the people that want to buy cheap versions of the products because they know exactly what they are buying into, but it will help the people that are tricked into buying product that they believe to be the legitimate product. People are getting tricked and misguided all of the time online, because it is easy; people rarely meet face to face, so it’s easy to get away with much more.
This latest crack down will hopefully help to stop these criminals trying this in the future, but I’m sure that s very unlikely.
